What PEPTIDAL does
Grouped by what you are trying to do. Each feature says whether it is free or Premium. Tracking and information only, not medical advice.
Track
Your stack
One list for the peptides, medicines and supplements you take. Add from the library or type your own name. Free accounts can track one peptide or medicine and up to five supplements.
Logging
Log each time you take something from the Today screen, or skip it. Your history is kept in your account.
Reminders
Dose reminders are scheduled on your device at the times you set. You need to allow notifications. There is also an optional weekly reminder for the letter.
Daily check-in
Four quick taps for energy, mood, sleep and appetite, with nausea as an optional extra. Skip anything you like. Free accounts see 30 days of history.
Sessions
Simple timers for things like fasting, sauna, cold and red light, so you can keep a record. Free accounts see 30 days of history.
Unlimited items
Track as many peptides, medicines and supplements as you like.
Understand
Calculator
Converts numbers you type in, for example the amount in a vial, the liquid added and the amount you have already decided on, into a reading you can check. It works either way round. It does not recommend anything and it does not know what is right for you. You can save a vial from the calculator to keep an inventory.
Body, sleep and lab trends
Record weight, body measurements and sleep, and see simple charts of your own history, with markers for when you logged something. Lab results sit on the same timeline.
Lab detail
The latest value and direction of each lab marker are free. Premium adds the full history, charts and the change since the previous result.
Estimated level curve
For items with a published half-life, the Today screen can draw a simple estimate of how much may remain over time, labelled as an estimate and not a clinical model. For other items it shows an illustrative shape only.
Apple Health and Health Connect
If you allow it, you can tap sync in Settings to bring in sleep, weight, body fat percentage and lean body mass, plus heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate and VO2 max, which appear in the Recovery section of Insights exactly as recorded, with no interpretation. Apple records HRV as SDNN and Android as RMSSD, so they are labelled and never compared. It reads only and never writes. What you type yourself is never overwritten. Free accounts see 30 days of readings, and Premium shows longer history.
Clinician summary
Builds a PDF of your protocols, labs, body measures and check-ins on your device, to share with a clinician if you choose.
Learn
The library
Plain descriptions of items people track, each with an evidence label, a regulatory status label with a date, and sources. No doses and no recommended amounts. How the library is built.
Weekly letter
A short weekly summary of published studies, the same for every reader and approved by a named person before publishing. The latest four issues are free to read in full. Older issues are Premium, except safety and regulatory items and corrections, which stay open to everyone. How we choose studies.
Ask AL
AL, an optional AI assistant
Ask general questions about what you read and log. AL can use what you have logged only if you agree on a consent screen first. It is an AI, not a doctor, it can get things wrong, and it does not give personal dosing advice. More about AL.
Report this reply
Every AL reply has a Report this reply button, so you can tell us when something looks wrong.
