Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by everyone.

What we have done

  • The site is plain HTML and CSS with no scripts, so it works with assistive technology and in simple browsers.
  • Pages use headings in order, one main heading per page, landmarks, and a skip to content link.
  • Text sizes scale with your browser settings, and layouts adapt to small screens.
  • Colours are chosen for good contrast, and the site follows your light or dark setting.
  • Links and buttons show a clear focus outline when you use the keyboard.
  • Drawings have text descriptions, and we respect the reduce motion setting.

What we have not done

We have not had an independent accessibility audit, and we have not tested with every screen reader. We have not claimed conformance with a specific standard. The mobile app is a separate product and is not covered by this statement.

Tell us about a problem

If you find something hard to use, email [email protected] with the page and what went wrong. We will try to fix it and tell you what we did. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
